I bought this from ugearsmodels.us the finished model looks really cool. But getting there felt like a full-on battle. The assembly instructions were confusing, like some steps just vanished into thin air, and the tiny diagrams didn’t make things any better. I kept realizing I’d done something wrong and had to take parts apart again, which got old fast. What should’ve been a fun build turned into a mini saga of frustration.

I was a little disappointed with the overall quality of the model. It does the job, but the materials and finish felt kind of cheap compared to what I expected.

The models themselves are nice, so no complaints there, but the shipping took way too long. It was almost two weeks before I got them, and there weren’t many updates along the way, which got annoying. On top of that, it felt like the terms changed from what I expected when I ordered, and that kind of thing is really frustrating as a customer

Overall, I’m happy with it. It wasn’t the cheapest option out there, but the kit felt like it was worth the money. The parts were clean, and it was actually fun to put together. Shipping was okay, just a little slower than I expected. Did anyone else have the same issue with delivery taking a bit longer? I’d still buy it again

The model does look really nice, and I was excited to put it together, but mine was missing two small pieces and one of the wooden parts had a crack in it. I emailed support and had to wait a bit, which was frustrating considering the price. I couldnt really finish it the way I wanted to, so that was a bummer.

I don’t really have much to complain about. My order from UGears came with the exact model I picked and all the items I added, so I’m not sure what else people expect there. Nothing was swapped out or missing, which was the main thing I was worried about. The box looked totally fine when it arrived too. I’m giving it 4 stars only because the update emails were a bit slow, but the actual order was right and showed up like it was supposed to.

I really liked how the mechanics worked once everything was moving. The motion feels smooth and satisfying to use. In my case, the gears were a little fiddly at first and needed some light sanding, but after that they moved nicely. Overall, a cool design and fun to see it come together.

I was kind of expecting to have to fiddle with the pieces a bit, but they actually fit well. Not perfect-perfect, but definitely precise enough that I thought, okay, this is better than I expected.

The models do look nice, and the overall style is appealing, but the variety feels a bit limited. I was expecting more different types to choose from, not just a bunch of options that give off the same kind of vibe.

Am I the only one who had a slightly annoying time shopping on the site? Some pages took longer than expected to load, and I felt like I had to click around way too much just to find basic details. Checkout worked in the end, but it felt a little clunky. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just not as smooth as I hoped.

My Ugears model arrived packed well overall. The box had a small dent on one corner, which made me a little nervous at first, but everything inside was totally fine and the pieces were protected. It wasn’t absolutely perfect, but no real issue. I’d say the packaging was solid enough, right?

I bought a locomotive kit from ugearsmodels.us and didn’t expect too much. Companies always make their stuff sound flawless in the product descriptions, so I figured the tiny wood pieces would probably snap the second I messed something up. But they held up better than I thought. I had to redo a couple of steps, including some gear parts and thinner pieces, and nothing broke on me. It’s been a few weeks now and it still runs smoothly. So yeah, I’m happy with it...

It was fun to put together, even if it took way longer than I thought it would. Not that I was quietly losing patience or anything. Overall, I still enjoyed building it

Got this as a gift for my dad and, he had a great time building it. It’s always weirdly hard to find gifts that don’t just end up sitting in a closet, but this one actually kept him busy and happy. So yeah, solid gift overall and definitely a win.

I had a small piece break while I was putting together one of the models, and I wasn’t even sure if it was worth asking about a replacement. I emailed ugearsmodels.us anyway, kind of expecting it might be a hassle, but they got back to me after a couple days.
They ended up sending the part I needed, and it fit just fine. It did take a little longer than I was hoping, and for a minute I wondered if I should’ve just tried to fix it myself, but in the end it was handled well. Nice to know they actually support the kits after you buy them.

I spent about 6 hours on this over two nights, which felt like a good pace for me. I wasn’t totally sure I was doing everything right at first, but the parts fit together well and I didn’t feel like I had to rush. Turned out to be a really fun little build.
